We’ve had a good recovery week so far. Most of us have just gotten back from some
long overseas trips and we will be focusing on recovering so we can start the
next peaking phase leading into US Nationals.
Our lifting days are our big push days this week therefore when it’s
time to work in the weight room; IT’S TIME TO WORK! Today I did a lot of power lifts and ended
with kettle bell walks. The lifts are my
time to focus on building my strengths which I can transfer over into the weight
room
